Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and verify demographics.
• Check in and check out patients; collect copays.
• Update G4/ONCO EMR with patient information.
• Schedule appointments and handle walk-ins.
• Cross-train front desk personnel.
• Notify Billing with insurance changes.
• Balance daily receipts and generate receipts.
• Maintain daily copay/payment collection.
• Other duties as assigned.
