About The Role

We seek an experienced Medical Assistant to join our care team, working closely with primary care physicians to deliver excellent patient care. The Medical Assistant will handle both clinical and front desk responsibilities, overseeing the full patient experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Escort patients, ensure exam rooms are prepared and sanitized
  • Review medical histories, gather updated health information
  • Take vitals, perform blood draws, administer injections, assist with procedures
  • Prepare and administer medications and immunizations as directed
  • Collaborate on patient care plans, identify gaps in care
  • Perform front desk duties: scheduling, record requests, documentation, referrals, check-in/out
  • Accurately record data in medical records
  • Process test results and communicate with patients
  • Participate in outreach to engage patients
  • Maintain clinical supplies and equipment

About You

  • Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, preferably in Primary Care
  • Graduation from a Medical Assistant program or related field
  • National or state MA certification/registration (preferred or required by state)
  • CPR/BLS certification required
  • Phlebotomy experience preferred
