Four Points By Sheraton Seattle Airport South is hiring a Front Office Manager to lead the guest services team and daily hotel operations. You will mentor front desk staff, manage reservations, and uphold exceptional guest service standards to deliver a memorable stay.
The role requires 2+ years in front office management in a branded hotel, strong communication, and proficiency with hotel software platforms. Availability for day, night, weekends, and holidays is required.

In this role you will be responsible for the training, coaching, and daily operations of guest services for the hotel. This includes the front desk, reservations, and audit as well as general guest services working side-by-side with the team daily. This position helps to set the tone for the guest experience and demonstrates leadership by setting the example of exceptional guest service.
As Front Office Manager, you will work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments and independently. The person in this key role is exceptional in communicating and coordinating work efforts with their team and others to achieve outstanding guest and team member satisfaction throughout the hotel. Performs quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
$27.00 per hour
