Job summary

Four Points By Sheraton Seattle Airport South is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead guest service excellence and team performance. You will mentor staff, ensure brand standards, manage room availability, and drive profitability while maintaining a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

The role requires open availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with an hourly wage of $23.00. Advancement through our Management Development Program is a key part of the culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' supervisory experience in a brand hotel setting or luxury hotel environment.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent hospitality experience.
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to motivate others and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office operations to ensure guest service aligns with brand standards and operational profitability.
• Monitor performance, coach and evaluate team members, and manage scheduling and reviews.
• Track guest satisfaction and work with the General Manager to drive improvements.
• Greet guests, respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Front Office operations management to include, but not limited to, overall guest service, Brand standards, room availability, cost controls and overall profitability, systems use and management, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation
• Monitor and encourage team members performance and assist in training needs. Actively work on coaching, evaluating, and rewarding team members. Assist in scheduling and employee reviews process
• Monitor guest satisfaction reviews and scores with the General Manager and improve accordingly
• Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner and resolves guest concerns

Requirements:

• 1-2 years' supervisory experience in a brand hotel setting or luxury hotel environment
• Two-year college degree or equivalent hospitality experience
• Strong knowledge of software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack)
• Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are beneficial
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High energy with effective and influential people skills. Positive attitude and the desire to motivate others
• Strong leadership skills
• Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
• Reliable with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Full availability is required, must be able to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

$23.00 per hour
