Job summary

Arcadia Orthodontics is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front office team and ensure an exceptional patient and family experience in a pediatric orthodontic setting.

You will oversee scheduling, patient flow, and administrative functions while coaching staff to high performance and a collaborative culture. This leadership role supports practice growth and aligns with Kids Dental Brands' mission to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• Healthcare, dental, retail, hospitality, or other customer service leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams and supporting operational performance goals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the front office team to deliver an exceptional patient and family experience.
• Oversee day-to-day front office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative functions.
• Develop, train, and coach team members while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
• Manage staffing schedules and resolve coverage or scheduling challenges as needed.
• Help drive office performance by monitoring KPIs, supporting practice goals, and promoting a collaborative team environment.
• Partner with providers and leaders to support operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and practice growth.
• Improve patient satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem resolution.
• Ensure accurate billing, payment processing, payroll support, and administrative operations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
• Manage office supply inventory, vendor relationships, equipment needs, and administrative resources.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout the office.

• Perform other duties as assigned

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Front Office Manager to join our Orthodontic team. In this leadership role, you'll oversee the daily operations of the front office while helping create an exceptional experience for patients, families, and team members alike. You'll play a key role in supporting office performance, developing and coaching team members, and ensuring the practice operates efficiently and effectively each day.

What You’ll Do

Position Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare, dental, retail, hospitality, or other customer service leadership experience preferred
• Experience leading teams and supporting operational performance goals preferred

Office Schedule

• Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Friday 8:00am-2:00pm
• No weekends or nights required
