The role of the Front Office Manager
Oversees the operation of the entire Front Office, inclusive of the front desk reception, bell and door teams in guest services. As the first and last impression, this department carries a special responsibility. This position oversees two departments spread between two different lobbies and directs multiple assistant managers.
