AsFront Office Manager, you will mentor our dynamic front office TEAM ensuring outstanding customer service and delivering positive delivering an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel.

Responsibilities:In this role, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and overseeing the daily operations of the guest services department at a 139-room hotel.This includes the front desk, reservations, and audit, as well as general guest services, working closely with the team daily. This position helps to set the tone for the guest experience and demonstrates leadership by setting the example of exceptional guest service.
As Front Office Manager, you will work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments and independently. The person in this key role is exceptional in communicating and coordinating work efforts with their team and others to achieve outstanding guest and team member satisfaction throughout the hotel. Performs quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
Requirements:
An employee must meet the physical demands described here to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period. The employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Compensation:
The anticipated compensation range for the position for applicants working in NYC is $70,000 per year (depending on the property). The annual salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including years of experience in the job, years of experience in the required industry, education, and other relevant qualifications.
