Assist in managing day-to-day hotel operations by maximizing financial returns, developing staff, creating a unique guest experience, executing brand standards, and building local community awareness. Act as General Manager in their absence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting financial and operational planning.
  • Managing hotel operations across departments.
  • Recording credit card and petty cash transactions.
  • Recommending capital improvements.
  • Completing monthly EOM reports.
  • Overseeing daily activities, planning work, and setting team goals.
  • Managing front desk and shuttle staff, ensuring checklist completion.
  • Controlling payroll budgets and staff scheduling.
  • Communicating operational issues with management.
  • Providing coaching and feedback to staff.
