As a strong hospitality leader, you will coach Front Office and Bell teams, ensure brand standards, and collaborate across departments to deliver memorable guest moments in a high-energy downtown property.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive Front Office leadership experience in a service-focused hotel or resort environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a diverse team in hospitality.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front Office operations and set the tone for an exceptional Hotel Flor guest experience.
• Oversee guest check-in/check-out, ensure accuracy and fulfill special requests.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop Front Office and Bell team members.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, Revenue Management, Food & Beverage for seamless guest experiences.
• Represent the hotel professionally and drive a culture of WOW moments.
