Job summary

Active Dental is seeking a Front Office Lead who will float between our Irving and Flower Mound locations, providing strong front desk leadership and patient service. This role serves as a launchpad toward an Office Manager position, with a year-long leadership training program to develop your administrative and leadership capabilities.

You will work from 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Thursday and 9 am to 2 pm on Friday and Saturday, earning up to $24.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience in a dental front office setting.
• Strong drive to lead and to advance into an Office Manager role.
• Willingness to float between Irving and Flower Mound locations.

Responsibilities

• Guide daily front desk operations with a proactive, take-charge attitude.
• Ensure every patient receives a warm, seamless, and professional experience from check-in to check-out.
• Step in wherever needed across locations to integrate with different teams and keep schedules running efficiently.
• Participate in leadership training and develop administrative and leadership skills to eventually run a practice.
