Job summary

PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential, is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to advance Peregrine and Merlin front-office platforms. You will collaborate with Credit Research, Portfolio Management, and Quant teams to deliver AI-enabled research and portfolio insights at scale.

You will translate complex investment processes into scalable tech solutions, drive discovery sessions, and support adoption of new tools across the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business analysis experience at a buy-side Fixed Income firm.
• Experience supporting front-office teams such as Credit Research, Portfolio Management, Risk, and Quantitative Strategies.
• Proficient in SQL and BI reporting tools; experience with relational databases.
• Ability to evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements that drive outcomes.
• Experience using ALM tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with investment professionals to deliver modern front-office investment solutions.
• Shape and enhance AI-powered workflows across research, analytics, and client solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user journeys, and workflows.
• Translate investment and operational processes into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions, process reviews, and solution workshops.
