Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a warm Front Office Agent in Princeville, Hawaii to greet guests and ensure a relaxed, effortless arrival and departure experience.

With at least 1 year of similar work in hotel operations, you’ll be a friendly, detail‑oriented team player who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced 24‑hour operation. A second language is a plus, and we welcome motivated individuals to join our mission‑driven brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience in hotel operations.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
• Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

About You

• Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
