Hyatt Regency San Francisco is hiring a Front Office Host to welcome guests and support check-in/check-out in our bustling lobby. You will provide local information, answer inquiries, and collaborate with Front Desk teams to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front office, guest services, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Professional appearance and warm hospitality presence.
• Ability to stay calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Answer guest questions and provide hotel and local information.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, Bell, Housekeeping and others as needed.
• Handle guest requests and special arrangements with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front office area.
• Support group arrivals and high-volume check-in periods.
