Hyatt Regency Seattle seeks a Front Office Host to warmly welcome guests, manage registrations, and communicate hotel services. You will contribute to a seamless arrival experience and play a key role in promoting Hyatt offerings.
In this role, you’ll handle guest inquiries, process payments, and support upsell initiatives at the Front Desk, helping to create memorable stays for our guests in a fast-paced environment.

Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Host and have a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impression for our guests!
The hourly rate range for this position ranges from $30.45/hour to $31.06/hour. The starting rate for this position is $30.45/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in this position with Hyatt for four years or more, which is $31.06/hour.
As an hourly colleague of the Front Desk, this position is eligible to participate in applicable upsell incentive programs. The colleague must be the responsible party for assisting the guest with the upgrade at the Front Desk.
