The Florida Panthers Ice Den is hiring for a part-time Front Office Associate. This on-site role in Coral Springs, FL supports customer registrations, payments, and inquiries for skating programs and events.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proficient with basic office software. Flexibility for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate customer registration using the point-of-sale system to register and take payments for figure skating programs, hockey leagues, private lessons, public skating, birthday parties, and more.
• Process cash and credit card payments and cash out the register at the end of each shift.
• Answer incoming phone calls; respond to customer questions, transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed, and take and distribute accurate messages.
• Operate office electronics including photocopiers, scanners, point-of-sale system, voicemail, and personal computers.
• Assist management with booking birthday parties and camp field trips
• Interact with customers to provide information about upcoming programs, camps, and events.
