Job summary

Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage, CA invites a seasoned Director of Front Office to lead all guest services, bell staff, and Service Express teams, ensuring a seamless, elevated guest experience and financial performance.

You will recruit and mentor the Front Office team, manage budgets and labor, and collaborate with Rooms leadership to optimize satisfaction, parking revenue, and upselling opportunities, while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Front Office Director-level experience required.
• 3–5 years of hospitality management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office and Guest Services to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Collaborate with Rooms leadership to optimize guest satisfaction, labor efficiency and revenue.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Front Office team members.
• Manage department budgets, labor costs, and productivity metrics.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and brand standards.
