State Street Markets ("SSM") is looking for an Officer to join the SSM Risk and FRM team in Boston. The team manages Credit, Market, and Model Risk as the First Line of Defense across SSM’s business units, including Financing Solutions, FX Sales & Trading, and Portfolio Solutions. Additionally, the team performs Financial Resource Management, covering allocation, monitoring, and optimization of capital, funding, and liquidity are also performed.
Reporting to the Head of Front Office Credit Risk in Boston, this Officer role is responsible for first line credit risk management across the business units in SSM. Traditional counterparty credit analysis skills and trading product knowledge are prerequisites for success. The ideal candidate will have background in Capital Markets with exposure to FX and OTC Derivatives. The prerequisites will position the candidate for success to support the front office credit risk management function across multiple product offerings. Demonstrated experience in credit risk analysis of a wide variety of counterparties, including financial institutions and alternative funds, is a desired plus. The role is in Boston, with a minimum of 4 days per week in the office.
