What You'll Do:
  • Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate treatment plans.

  • Verify insurance benefits and submit claims.

  • Collect co-pays and manage daily financial reports.

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow.

  • Maintain accurate patient records in Denticon (experience preferred but not required).

What You Bring:
  • 1–2 years of experience in a dental front office or similar customer service role.

  • Friendly, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

  • Familiarity with dental insurance and scheduling systems is a plus.
