What You'll Be Doing:

  • Verify insurance and handle billing and payments.

  • Assist with recall and reactivation efforts to keep the schedule full.

  • Maintain accurate records using Denticon (preferred but not required).

  • Collaborate with clinical staff to create a seamless patient experience.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have:
  • 1–2 years of dental front office or high-end customer service experience.

  • An upbeat, professional demeanor and polished communication skills.

  • A strong eye for detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

  • A working knowledge of dental insurance and appointment scheduling.
