Welcome patients with a friendly smile and check them in with efficiency.
Manage phones, appointments, and treatment coordination.
Verify insurance and handle billing and payments.
Assist with recall and reactivation efforts to keep the schedule full.
Maintain accurate records using Denticon (preferred but not required).
Collaborate with clinical staff to create a seamless patient experience.
1–2 years of dental front office or high-end customer service experience.
An upbeat, professional demeanor and polished communication skills.
A strong eye for detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
A working knowledge of dental insurance and appointment scheduling.
