Front Office Coordinator (Administrative)



Center for Allergy & Asthma of Georgia (CAAG), a leading allergy and asthma practice and an affiliate of SENTA Partners, with nine locations in the metro Atlanta area, offers comprehensive treatment for asthma, allergy, and related pulmonary conditions.

Position Summary

The Front Office Coordinator at SENTA Partners is the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. This role ensures smooth practice operations by managing front office tasks, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the clinical team. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing patient information, and facilitating communication between patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and check-in patients professionally and courteously.
  2. Manage appointment scheduling, including rescheduling and cancellations.
  3. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
  4. Verify and record patient information, including insurance and demographics.
  5. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the management system.
  6. Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and provide receipts.
  7. Coordinate communication between the front office, clinical staff, and physicians.
  8. Keep the front office area organized and clean.
  9. Assist patients with forms and paperwork.
  10. Manage office supplies to ensure availability.
  11. Address patient concerns empathetically and escalate issues when necessary.
  12. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  13. Follow HIPAA regulations and company policies on patient confidentiality.
