We are seeking a highly motivated front office coordinator to be part of our growing medspa! Our front desk coordinator plays a vital role in our office, involving extensive customer service, multitasking, and communication skills. We are a busy medical spa located in Vinings, looking for a team member to handle responsibilities such as greeting clients, membership sales, collecting payments, confirming appointments, taking calls, and scheduling clients. An energetic, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic is essential. Sales incentives and benefits are provided.

The ideal candidate will have open availability Monday-Friday 8:45 am - 7 pm and Saturday 8:45 am - 5 pm.

Position Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of front desk experience preferred (medical experience preferred)
  • Extremely organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to use multi-provider scheduling systems
  • Knowledge of laser, esthetic treatments, and cosmetic injectables preferred
  • Team player attitude
  • Strong sales and customer service experience
  • Professional phone manner
  • Warmly greet clients and provide personalized attention
  • Accurately schedule appointments
