Our Hampton Inn Hemet is currently seeking experienced Front Office Attendants. Position Responsibilities:
  1. Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests before arrival and throughout their stay.
  2. Maximize revenues and occupancy.
  3. Create a positive, team-oriented environment focused on the guest.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  5. Flexibility to work regularly scheduled weekend and evening hours.
  6. Assist with Sales and Marketing efforts.
  7. Interact honestly, fairly, and respectfully with others, building confidence in you and the organization.
  8. Set high standards of performance for yourself and others; take responsibility and accountability for completing tasks successfully.
Education and Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in hotel guest services, customer service, or front desk roles.
