Position: Donation Attendant

As a Donation Attendant, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining and cleaning the Donation trailer/pod at the start and end of each shift
• Assisting donors with donations and providing receipts
• Managing reports and paperwork as instructed
• Sorting donated items into proper containers and stacking as directed
• Helping TSA PA/Drivers load donations onto trucks
• Notifying supervisors of needed supplies
• Securing and locking the Donation trailer/pod at shift end

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED
• Must pass background check (including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry)
• Ability to read, write, understand, and follow instructions
• Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist
• Ability to grasp, push, and pull objects
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive motions
• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations

Schedule

Our stores operate 7 days a week. Schedules are flexible, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure adequate coverage.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent (preferred)
• 1-2 years warehouse experience (preferred)
