Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated front office assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for orthopedics and a thirst for continued knowledge and growth.

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for patients.
  • Answer phones and manage electronic scheduling to coordinate appointments efficiently.
  • Verify and update patient and insurance information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain patient charts and electronic medical records, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
  • Process charge tickets, payments, and deposits in a timely and organized manner.
  • Handle data entry, faxing, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support the team with additional responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a medical or administrative role preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with medical software is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
