Liberation Academy Inc. in College Park, GA is seeking a Front Office Assistant. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Director of Operations and the Principal, serving as the friendly first contact for staff, students, and visitors.
Hours are M-F 8:00 am–4:00 pm; compensation is $40,000 per year. The Front Office Assistant greets visitors, answers the phone, supports enrollment and attendance, and collaborates with the Director of Operations and Principal to advance our mission.
Liberation Academy is a free public charter school in College Park, Georgia, dedicated to academic excellence, community collaboration, and the holistic development of every scholar in South Metro Atlanta. Since 2023, Liberation Academy has served grades 5-8 in Southeast Metro Atlanta.

As Liberation Academy seeks to impact the community we serve, an integral part of our success will be the daily implementation of effective systems and procedures.
The Front Office Assistant will report directly to the Director of Operations. The Front Office Assistant is the warm and friendly voice that answers the phone, the face that greets visitors to the office and the person who offers assistance to faculty and staff, as needed. The individual in this role will work closely with the Director of Operations and the Principal to ensure alignment with the goals, mission, and vision of the school.
Through rigorous, relevant instruction, community collaboration, and the development of innate skills, Liberation Academy will empower students that will become problem solvers equipped to impact their community and the world.
