Waldorf Astoria Chicago is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Ambassador to warmly welcome guests, manage arrivals and departures, and provide tailored local recommendations in the Gold Coast area. This role emphasizes calm, professional service during high-traffic hours and quick, discreet problem-solving to ensure memorable stays.

You will represent a world-class luxury hotel known for exceptional hospitality, integrity, and teamwork.

• Deliver a warm welcome: Greet guests with enthusiasm and sincerity, ensuring they feel cared for and valued from the moment they enter the lobby
• Enhance guest stays: Engage guests in conversation to understand the purpose of their visit, identify and address any unanticipated needs, and offer personalized service to elevate their experience
• Provide expert guidance: Share thoughtful and personalized recommendations on property amenities and local attractions
• Resolve issues with care and urgency: Take ownership of guest concerns, coordinating with appropriate departments as needed to for efficient and discreet resolution
• Remain calm and alert: Maintain poise during high-traffic or emergency situations

Waldorf Astoria Chicago is looking for a Front Desk Ambassador (Overnight) to join the team in Chicago's Gold Coast!

Recognized as one of the Best Hotels in the World and in Chicago with the Top Hotel Spa in the U.S., the AAA-Five-Diamond, Forbes 4-Star Waldorf Astoria Chicago is nestled in the prestigious Gold Coast neighborhood among the famed Oak Street retailers and beach, Rush Street restaurants and nightlife, and The Magnificent Mile. Reminiscent of the grand Parisian hotels of the 1920s, this luxury hotel features 215 rooms, over 5,000 square feet of meeting space and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes a restaurant, 2 bars, and in-room dining.
