Job summary

Hyatt Regency Frisco seeks a Front Office Associate to handle guest registration, communicate hotel services, and promote offerings. This role places you at the face of Hyatt and requires a welcoming, professional demeanor and the ability to manage guest inquiries with efficiency.

This seasonal position requires open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred, and refined verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions.
• This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.
• Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.
• You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate.

Just steps from Dr. Pepper Stadium, FC Dallas / Toyota Stadium, Frisco Discovery Center, many entertainment choices and dining options.
