Job summary

Loews Kansas City Hotel is seeking a Front Office Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in and out, and deliver exceptional hospitality at a premium downtown property connected to the convention center. You will promote hotel amenities, handle payments, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year guest service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Ability to handle payments and maintain lobby appearance.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism.

What You'll Do :

• Handle emergencies with professionalism, prioritizing guest and team member safety.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include :

• Minimum of one (1) year guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
• Experience with previous Property Management System, preferred Opera System.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time required.
• Ability to work weekends, evening, holidays as necessary/required.
