Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows is seeking Andaz Front Office Hosts to greet guests, manage registration, and convey hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role involves casual conversations and directly impacts guest experience.

Responsibilities include processing payments and responding to guest inquiries. Must have open availability and a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Andaz Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.

Must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
