Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Front Desk Agent for The Lodge at Spruce Peak in Stowe, Vermont. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and promote hotel services with a focus on exceptional service.

Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, processing payments, and providing information to ensure a seamless experience. This role emphasizes a friendly, efficient approach and contributes to memorable guest stays in a premium mountain resort setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
• Technical proficiency (basic computer applications)
• Customer service experience required
• Strong organizational and time management discipline
• Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively
• Ability to adapt to changing guest needs

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to add to our Front Office & Rooms Division team.You'll be the face of The Lodge at Spruce Peak and Hyatt as a Front Desk Agent. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we'd love to hear from you!

Front Desk Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions.The Front Desk Agent is to provide friendly, efficient registration and information to all guests, fellow employees, and visitors.This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.
