Ocean Mesa Campgrounds on the Central Coast is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to blend front desk responsibilities with outdoor campground duties. You will greet guests, check in/out, and assist with reservations while communicating notices and updates to guests and management.
The role emphasizes friendly service, basic computer skills, and a professional appearance. A High School Diploma or GED is required; hotel or resort experience is a plus, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Here at Ocean Mesa we have the benefit of a hybrid work place mixing both the jobs of a Park Ranger and Front Desk, some of these responsibilities include routine office/clerical responsibilities for our resort. You will also serve as the face of the resort as you interact with current and prospective guests who come to the office with questions and concerns or those you might come across performing outdoor campground responsibilities.
Guest Services Coordinators handle the routine office work and administrative responsibilities of the resort, working closely with the Resort Manager and other team members.
