Burlington in Oklahoma City is hiring a Shortage Control Associate to help maintain a secure shopping environment while delivering excellent customer service. You will greet customers, monitor store entrances, and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty with confidence and a positive attitude.

The role emphasizes knowledge of shortage areas and programs, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor store entrances and high‑risk areas to deter theft and maintain a secure environment.
• Greet customers entering or exiting the store with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Conduct bag and package checks on store and corporate associates.
• Share knowledge of shortage reduction programs and support training of associates.
