Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring for a loss prevention support role at TJ Maxx in Tualatin, OR. You will deter theft at the front of the store, assist customers, and collaborate with store management to maintain safety and brand integrity.

Great candidates will have strong communication, good judgment, and the ability to stand for long periods. 0–2 years in retail or security is acceptable. This is an on-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to store safety by acting as a visual deterrent and wearing a body worn camera.
• Support a positive customer shopping experience and partner with store teams.
• Exercise sound judgment to protect people and company brand.
• Adhere to policies and uphold company culture and values.
• Maintain a professional front-of-store presence and greet customers courteously.
• Respond to customer needs via radio and report incidents to LP or management.
• Complete store safety sweeps and document incidents in Case Management.
