Chick-fil-A Roanoke is hiring a Front of House Team Member (Customer Service / Cashier) to work at the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and mobile order experiences. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

You’ll join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that emphasizes hospitality, guest connections, and personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Must be able to communicate and write effectively in English.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Confident money handling skills preferred.
• Must comply with Chick-fil-A appearance guidelines (no tattoos on face/neck/behind ears).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the front counter or drive-thru using registers or iPads.
• Deliver dine-in and mobile orders promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked restaurant environment.
• Assist with cleaning and restocking during non-peak hours.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment.
• Cross-train in Front of House and Back of House support positions as needed.

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service while taking guest orders accurately and efficiently at the front counter or drive-thru using registers or iPads
• Deliver dine-in and mobile orders promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked restaurant environment
• Assist with cleaning and restocking during non-peak hours
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment
• Cross-train in Front of House and Back of House support positions, including food preparation, fryer, grill, and additional stations as needed

Shift Availability

Mid Shift Availability: 11:00 AM (or earlier) - 5:00 PM or 8:00 PM (or later)

Must have Saturday availability.

Open to considering candidates for multiple shift needs.
