Chick-fil-A Cincinnati is seeking part-time front of house team members for an early shift 7am–3pm, 3 days a week, with 8-hour shifts. We value Do it the right way, Be Reliable, Speak Kindness, and a passion for people who enjoy serving others.

Ideal candidates will have references, a positive attitude, the ability to work in various front-of-house roles, and a willingness to learn Chick-fil-A's service model.

Qualifications

• Provide documented references and verifiable work history.
• Maintain excellent attitude and work ethic at all times.

• Be a fast learner with the ability to work across front-of-house roles.

Responsibilities

• Use Chick-fil-A approved language.
• Implement the customer service model on every order.
• Smile and welcome guests; create eye contact.
• Speak enthusiastically and treat guests and coworkers with respect.
• Remain at your station unless instructed otherwise.
• Communicate clearly and kindly with guests and coworkers.
• Adhere to the employee manual at all times.
• Complete other duties as needed.
• Work front counter, drive-thru, dining room and third-party sales.
• Refrain from inappropriate language and conversations.
