Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist those waiting or needing help.
• Maintain positive attitude and enthusiasm in guest interactions.
• Assist guests with menu and note dietary considerations.
• Resolve customer issues with manager support.
• Answer phones and take orders occasionally.
• Support fellow team members as needed.
• Keep lobby, restrooms and patios clean and organized.
• Organize storage areas and unpack shipments to maintain rotation.
• Wash equipment and small wares.
• Deliver food to customers/expo as needed.
