Core responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining a positive attitude, assisting with the menu, handling phone orders, supporting teammates, and keeping the lobby and restrooms clean.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Motivation and sense of self-responsibility.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and personal hygiene.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more regularly.
• Able to work in hot or cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and assisting those waiting or needing help.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and enthusiasm in guest interactions.
• Assisting guests with the menu and dietary needs.
• Resolving customer service issues with manager support.
• Answering restaurant phones and taking occasional orders.
• Providing support to fellow Team Members when needed.
• Keeping lobby, restrooms, and patios clean and organized.
• Managing storage areas and unpacking shipments to rotate stock.
• Washing equipment and small wares.
• Delivering food to customers and expo tasks.
