Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist guests with QR ordering and payment system; accommodate preferences.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverages.
• Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages with accuracy and presentation standards.
• Provide knowledge of menu ingredients and allergens when requested.
• Enter orders into the POS; support guests with QR payments and various methods.
