Brewster Academy is seeking a Front of House team member. This full-time FOH role supports meal service, keeps dining areas stocked, and assists with setup and breakdown for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

You will help maintain food safety standards and ensure smooth operations during busy meal periods in a vibrant educational community. The position offers a full benefits package and requires flexibility to work weekdays, with potential evenings and weekends for events and catering throughout

Competenze

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Mansioni

• Assist with meal setup for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Restock dining area services during mealtime.
• Assist with breakdown after meal service.
• Record and monitor food temperatures for safety.
• Document temperatures on logs and ensure policy compliance.
• Keep servery and dining areas clean during service.
• Restock side stations and maintain safe handling of perishables.
