At Piada Italian Street Food, we are passionate about food and hospitality. As a leader in the fast casual movement, Piada offers fresh, modern Italian cuisine in a made-to-order format featuring tossed pastas, fresh chopped salads, and hand-rolled Piadas. We are seeking highly motivated team members for day, weekend, and evening shifts who are excited to deliver excellent food and outstanding guest experiences.

Front of House Team Members are responsible for delivering genuine hospitality and a great experience to each guest. Whether sharing the story, explaining our chef menu, or customizing each guest's experience, you'll be the first impression of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

1. Welcome guests enthusiastically and educate them about our menu.
2. Assemble, package, and process all orders as requested.
3. Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
4. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
5. Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
6. Follow daily checklists to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
7. Cross-train in multiple positions as needed.
8. Assist with any additional duties assigned.
9. Work with your team to efficiently move guests through the line.
