Overview
At Piada Italian Street Food, we are passionate about food and hospitality. As a leader in the fast casual movement, Piada offers fresh, modern Italian cuisine in a made-to-order format, including tossed pastas, fresh chopped salads, and hand-rolled Piadas. We seek highly motivated team members for day, weekend, and evening shifts who are excited to deliver excellent food and an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering genuine hospitality and a great experience to each guest. This includes sharing our story, explaining our menu, and customizing each guest’s experience, serving as the first impression of our restaurant.

• Welcome guests enthusiastically and educate them about our menu
• Assemble, package, and process orders accurately
• Follow recipes and procedures to ensure food quality and consistency
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance standards
• Restock and organize stations
• Follow daily checklists to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Cross-train in multiple positions as needed
• Assist with additional duties as assigned
• Work with your team to efficiently serve guests

Physical Requirements
