As a Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A Huntington Mall, you are the face of our establishment, providing genuine hospitality, fast and accurate service, and ensuring food safety standards are consistently met. Your role is crucial in creating a positive dining experience for our guests while adhering to local health and food safety laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Genuine Hospitality:
  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Ensure guests feel valued and appreciated throughout their dining experience.
• Fast and Accurate Service:
  • Take and process guest orders efficiently and accurately using our POS (Point of Sale) system.
  • Prepare food and beverage items according to Chick-fil-A standards and recipes, ensuring speed and accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to expedite orders and maintain a smooth flow of service.
• Food Safety Compliance:
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines set forth by Chick-fil-A and local health regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and condiment stations.
  • Monitor and record temperatures of food items and storage units to ensure safe food handling practices.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Communicate effectively with team members and shift leaders to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
  • Assist with training new team members on front of house procedures, including hospitality standards and food safety protocols.
  • Support a positive and respectful work environment by actively participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for improvement.
