Job summary

Chick-fil-A Huntington is seeking Front Counter Hospitality Team Members to deliver signature Chick-fil-A service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will work directly for an independent Owner/Operator, creating an exceptional dining experience, making emotional connections, and upholding brand standards while staying active indoors and outdoors.

The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, a friendly team, flexible scheduling and Sundays off, employee meals, scholarship

• Make Emotional Connections with Guests in Front Counter and Dining Room
• Provide genuine hospitality with our guests
• Keep a clean and safe work environment. Ensuring all table are clean and restroom kept at brand standard
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time both indoors and outdoors
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Pay Range: $17 - $18 per hour. (Starting pay based on position, experience, and availability).
