Job summary

IHOP Restaurants LLC in Nashville is seeking a Front of House team member to help deliver friendly service and a warm dining experience.

You’ll work various shifts, handle car-side, to-go, bussing, and maintain a positive, fast-paced environment. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement. Reliable communication and a can-do attitude are valued, along with the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system is preferred
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with car-side and to-go, table bussing, and contribute to a productive work environment for all team members.
• Work various shifts and support Front of House operations to ensure smooth service.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
