Job summary

The Spice & Tea Exchange in Annapolis is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the front of house, coach the team, and drive guest engagement. This role focuses on hospitality, selling energy, training, scheduling and events, not back‑office tasks.

You will work with Inventory Control and Operations leadership to ensure store readiness, coordinate promotions, peak season staffing and growth into broader store-management responsibilities.
