Description:

Chick-fil-A Culpeper Colonnade is looking for experienced and motivated leaders to join our team as Front-of-House Shift Leaders. This is a key leadership role responsible for upholding our high standards of guest service, team development, and operational excellence.

We welcome candidates with restaurant leadership experience, even if it’s not specifically with Chick-fil-A. If you’re passionate about leading teams, serving guests, and growing in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you.

Please note: This position includes an initial two-month development period. During this time, you’ll receive hands-on training, learn our systems and culture, and gradually take on increasing leadership responsibilities before transitioning into a full shift-leading role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
• Deliver exceptional guest service by modeling and reinforcing Chick-fil-A hospitality standards
• Support, coach, and mentor team members
• Maintain labor goals, coordinate breaks, and manage shift flow
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Promote a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Ensure compliance with food safety and operational procedures
• Communicate effectively with leadership and team members
• Assist in onboarding and training of new team members

Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of restaurant or food service leadership experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• ServSafe Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
