Strong communication, math skills, and knowledge of RAS and POS systems are essential. Ideal candidates have 21+ years of age with required alcohol certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Certifications to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy.
• Experience in high-volume full-service restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills to serve Guests and personalize service.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain a high level of pace and intensity for extended periods.
• Work closely with your team to keep the dining room running smoothly.
