Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide information about offerings.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service throughout the meal.
• Address inquiries, concerns, or special requests with professionalism.
• Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Input orders into POS system and double-check for accuracy.
• Coordinate special requests and dietary restrictions with kitchen staff.
• Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages promptly according to standards.
• Monitor guests' needs, refill drinks, clear plates, and provide items as requested.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Set up and clean tables, maintain dining area, stock utensils.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and servers to ensure smooth operations.
• Upselling and Promotion: Promote daily specials, desserts, and beverages.
• Compliance: Follow health and safety guidelines and alcohol service policies.
