Job summary

NY Pie is hiring Front-of-House Team Members for our Nashville West location. We seek team members with a Wild Hospitality mindset to provide extraordinary customer service in a warm, family-style pizzeria.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Stamina to stand and walk for long shifts (6+ hours).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ingredients to address allergies and dietary needs.
• Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred.
• State service certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Submit orders via POS (Toast) and ensure accuracy with kitchen.
• Coordinate with kitchen/waitstaff to deliver complete meals.
• Handle cash/credit payments and manage checkout.
• Maintain cleanliness of the station and dining area.
