Chick-fil-A Onalaska is hiring for a day shift team member. Earn up to $17/hour with flexible scheduling, no Sundays, and paid training. You will greet guests, take orders, and help across Front Counter, Drive-Thru, and Dining Room while supporting a strong team culture.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with a smile, eye contact, and friendly tone.
• Connect with guests at Front Counter, Drive-Thru, and Dining Room.
• Take orders accurately and keep the line moving quickly and thoroughly.
• Work as a team, communicate clearly, and help wherever needed.
• Keep the dining room and front of house guest-ready.
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards and dress code at all times.

Schedule:

• Full-time and part-time
• Must have availability between 5:45 AM and 5:00 PM
• Closed Sundays

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly tone
• Make genuine connections with guests at the Front Counter, Drive-Thru, and Dining Room
• Take orders accurately and keep the line moving quickly, yet thoroughly
• Work as a team, communicate clearly, and help wherever you’re needed
• Keep the dining room and front of house clean and guest-ready
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
